Finally
Finally managed to get Stumpy 2.0 out of its slumber! That was a long gap I though I forgotten how to ride

At last, Out on the bike!
Managed to take Stumpy 2.0 out on a ride. Only a warm up ride really as I have not been out on the bikes for at least 6 months now.
I decided to hit the cycle network trails and cycle to penshurst. I was not as out of shape as I thought even though some of the sections were over grown with nettles and brambles. I remember thinking it was a bad day for shorts.
I did notice that the sections of the route that had separate sections for walkers and joggers were quite quiet. I encountered more walkers and joggers on the cycle sections than on the sections set aside for them.

Bikes are unpacked
Having spent a few weeks sorting boxes and unpacking the bikes are settling into their new home. Armour and helmets unpacked everything is ready for riding.
Now I have moved away from my local trail centre at the lookout it time to find new trails near Tonbridge!

Still in the shed
It has been 3 months since my last ride and I am missing the trails. Stumpy 2.0 and Stumpys Estranged Cousin are still locked up in the shed covered in tarpaulins.
I hope I can get some winter rides in knowing it will hurt being out of the saddle for so long.

Fair well to Stumpy
It is official, I have had to sell Project Stumpy. It has a new home and I am sure it will be looked after. It is heading to Bike Park Wales tomorrow. I am sure they both will have a blast!
